USA: Within one week.

CANADA: 2-3 weeks.

WORLD: 3-4 weeks.

Your order will be sent out on average within 7 to 10 business days from the purchase date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Never received your order? Contact Us

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at shop@stellacrystals.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

RETURN POLICY

No returns or exchanges, products are sold as-is. We hand-pick our products to guarantee you will receive a high-quality product.

Fraudulent purchases and chargebacks

Shipping to a different address other than the billing address will require further documentation from the buyer before any further action is done.

Illegal chargebacks will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
